It’s been months – literal months – since we’ve blogged. I am pretty sure I’m the reason why! I could make claims about having been too busy in my personal, school, work lives … but I’d rather just keep moving on in the baking world!
I have always wanted to learn to make croissants, so that’s our next challenge. Learning to make delicious, high-quality croissants is on my “summer to-do list” this year. Wouldn’t they be impressive to make for a brunch? There are plenty of recipes out there, So I’m gonna do some exploration and then get baking.
